then didn't show up for mediation!
His wife claims that it was because the lawyer knows what he wants and told him he didn't have to be there....lol. Then why did the lawyer seem soooo upset? And why did the mediatior tell me that he forfeited and now has to pay all the fees??? ROFLMBO!!
And do I understand correctly that his contempt action is now thrown out? So all we are going to court for is the counter action we took out against him? (namely, $17,000 in child support.) Can't wait to go and get this over....
