Hi,

My ex does everything she can to make sure our kids spend as little time as possible with me and my new spouse together. She feels like my new spouse is trying to "take over" as their mom, when she really isn't. Everytime we make plans to go away somewhere with the kids she tells me that my kids are sick suddenly. Technically, everytime we make plans to go somewhere she can call and tell me they're sick. Can she keep doing that even though there's a court order for these visitation times? Is there a way to get her to stop doing this? It's her last resort to keep the kids away from spending time away from home with my new spouse and I. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
