I moved 35 miles away now my ex is trying to get custody

what is the name of your state? illinois i just got married and my husband lived about 35 miles from where i used to live. he has to live close to his job because he is the manager.i had a restriction in my divorce papers that if i moved 25 miles from my current town i had to file a petition to modify visitation. i have filed this with the courts i have already gotten married and moved now my ex is filing for custody. i work for illinois department of corrections and i am getting bumped to first, second, and third shifts because of my seniority, but that will be temporary. he is using that as an excuse to try to get custody. he works at a daycare, doesnt have any health insurance, doesnt get paid very well and wants me to pay him support. is this possible for him to do,he is really just mad because he couldnt stop me from moving. Does any one know if this is legal grounds to change custody?
