ex wants custody/visitation modification

I have sole custody of my two sons (13&14). I was granted sole custody while my ex had been incarcerated for 18 months ( her second time in jail).
She was released on 11/19/04 and has visited with my sons three times since - no contact from her yet in 2005. The ironic thing is she filed for custody/visitation modification yet she hasn't shown much interest in seeing them ( ie, no calls for three weeks between XMAS and Thanksgiving).

My question is how do you think this behavior will affect her custody/visitation request? I've been keeping a log. Would this information be or any use in the hearing?

Well yes, it could certainly be useful. However mom may also have a credible explanation for things. Therefore I wouldn't recommend making it your main focus.
