My child-custody visitation was settled in San Francisco, CA. I am supposed to have visitation rights from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. I last saw my daughter for one Saturday two weeks ago. My ex-wife is a Phillippine national and I am afraid she may have left the country with my daughter. Her phone has been temporarily disconnected and I have no way of contacting my daughter. I called the San Francisco District Attorney's Family Support office but I was informed that they could not divulge my daughter's/ex-wife's phone number or address without my ex-wife's permission. How can I contact my daughter? What is my legal recourse in this matter? What do I do if my ex-wife has left the country with my daughter?
