I have been divorced for over a year now. In my divorce it states that my wife was to keep my Jeep. She never took possession of it and never took the title. So now, over a year after our divorce, she wants it.

The Jeep was purchase for $1800 cash as a gift to me from my partents, in the past year I have invested over $2000 into it for maintance as she told me she would never want it.

Now that she is trying to take it away from me, is there anything I can do about it?

I guess she changed her mind, which is her prerogative. If the court has ordered you to give it to her, you have to give it to her.

As for maintenance, you knew the vehicle was going to belong to her. You continued to use it, and you should pay for the maintenance of the vehicle you chose to continue using.
