I live in TN. My divorce decree states a 15 acre parcel (left to me by my parents) is to be sold at a
commercially reasonable price and the money divided equally between her and I. This has been going on
for 7 years! She has refused in the past to list the property, and finally when she did agree, the listing
price she wanted was way too high. We have had good offers on the property that she will not accept.
I am stuck paying the property taxes every year. Can I force her into a buy/sell because she is not
showing any good faith?
