Depends on your court order. Read it. If there is nothing about a change of CS, then you must continue to pay.

It is joint phy custody. am I obligated to pay the support durring summer to ex when I have the child the whole summer and pay daycare also and extracirricular activities?
Do you think I have a chance, I am also making less money from when went to court.

if your support order states that you pay XX amount of support on XX day of the month and does not specify that you are not responsible for support during the times of temporary custody (i.e. the summer) - then you are still obligated to pay the support during those months.

you could attempt a modification on the grounds that the children are in your care during those months. possibly even request that the ex pay you support during those months since the children are with you and you solely are responsible for their care.
