I have a son that was found guilty of embezzlement. He was found guilty by a jury and received a sentence of 54.5 years from the Judge. We have done an appeal and a post conviction and did not prevail on either. This all happened in Oklahoma. We have felt from the start that our trial lawyer was ineffective. Our son has now been incarcerated for 4 years. He was sentenced on 26 counts and they are to run consectively. This makes it almost impossiable for a parole. What is our next course of action? What else can we do?
