I was working for an enployment agency and on the 25th of April I was injured on the job. I went to the medical facility that they sent me to. After three visits the doctor informed the agency that i was ok to work without restrictions. Last week I called the agency to inform that my injury was still not 100% recovered. They refused to give me medical treatment because according to them I could've been working somewhere else and injured myself there,But...... I did not work anywhere else so my questionis. Can they do this or is there something I can do legally?

It seems like they know they have to pay but are somehow trying to pass the buck or play games with you.

Read the employment Labor law section at freeadvice.com's home page. I think you may find the information helpful. Also, once done reading, I suggest contacting an employment labor law attorney in your state at attorneypages.com. Many of them offer free consultations and if they can't help you, they can probably refer you.

Hope this helps. Good luck to you. Concentrate on your health!
