Three part question about executive clemency:
1 - If granted clemency by NJ Governor will my felony record be sealed? In other words will it be the same as an expungement?
2 - What are the chances of being granted executive clemency?
3 - How do you apply for clemency? Do I need a lawyer?
I was convicted of a non-expungeable crime (3rd degree arson) 10 years ago at age 18. I've lived a good, crime-free life after that.
