Does anyone know the outcome of the litigation involving Executive Life Insurance (In re Executive Life Litigation, Superior Court State of California, County of Los Angeles, Master File No. 2632)? I was a paid-up whole life insurance policy holder with Executive and was originally receiving notices from the Court; however, I have not received anything for quite some time. Thank you for any update.
