What is the name of your state? Maine
The manager at our place of employement (a credit union) is the only employee who receives full family medical coverage. The other employees receive full single coverage? Is this legal? There are only 8 employees total, the manager being the only exempt salaried employee.

Yes, it's legal. Different "classes" of employees can be provided different benefits. It's not uncommon for managers and/or exempt employees to be considered one "class" of employee and non-exempt employees a separate "class."
