exhusband sending child support checks

This should drive any person.......
My exhusband terminated his rights to our child and let
my husband adopt his daughter. The adoption is now final
and I have moved to San Jose California, and my exhusband
is sending child support checks to my old address, and
they are certified letters and I still send them back.
Is this considered a form of stalking? I've been to
the police...Is this a strong case for a restraining
order even though he doesn't know where I moved to?

I presume they are being forwarded by the post office to your new address ?? Annoying I know, but just ignore them and keep refusing to sign for them. It is only once a month correct ? You could always send him a letter (without your new address) telling him how stupid he is..
