What is the name of your state? TX
We currently are including our daycare as one of the our monthly expenses, but we are expecting another child in mid June, could we include this future daycare expense in our BK expenses?
Still try to gather info before filing.

No. You would only report your CURRENT expenses. However, you can make sure that the trustee is aware of the potential FUTURE expense.
