We did indeed update the certificate recently.

However, depending on the browser you are using (chrome is notorious for this for some reason) the certificates appear to get cached and we have had many occasions where the cert appears to have expired when it has in fact been renewed.

If you are still seeing a broken lock/evidence of expired certificate, if you could tell us what browser you use would be a big help. Also, if you could double check it in a different browser, that would be really awesome.

Finally, if you are still seeing it listed as insecure/broken or open lock, if you could click on the lock or the little "i" in a circle, for more information, and tell us what date it says the certificate is, we would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks so much. Our users are the BEST!
