i was arrested for trafficing 20 years ago, I exponged it 2 years ago. the newspaper printed it last month.... still no case for defamation? I am about to lose my job over this little article...how can the sherrif talk about a sealed record to the newspaper?

yes i was arrested 22 years ago for trafficing, yes it was exponged in 2002, yes it was printed in my local newspaper last month, yes there is a good chance i will lose my job. I don't deny anything being false, The judge told me that the case was sealed and that I "would never, ever, have to answer yes to, Have you ever been convicted of a felony?" I thought that if you had something exponged that only a few select high rank law enforcement type could get it. naturally, i did not expect my Sh**ty local news paper to print the story on the front page of my townn of 20,000 people. 22 years and 2 years after the fact...
