What is the name of your state? IL

Can I withdraw my child from a high school in Illinois before an expulsion hearing to avoid that expulsion? Will he be able to go to another school if I do this? Can another school refuse admission or would they ever know about it? My hearing is for Wednesday. The school is trying to expel her for 2 years for throwing a lock at another student.

And how would another school NOT know about this? Where do you think they will get their records, current courses, current grades, etc?

Don't you think throwing a lock at another person is worthy of expulsion? What consequence has your child received from you?
Yep. The only thing worse than 'double posting' on the forum is trying to scam by creating another registration.... and then double posting.
And with that 'trick', I suggest the OP go out and pay a local attorney for the information. I simply don't think that such an attempt to deceive the forum is worthy of our assistance.
