Misdemeanor expungement was approved.

Do I need to do anything to make sure this is reflected on my record? If not, how long does it usually take?

I know the conviction will not disappear, but it would be nice to know when it will say dismissed.

You can call the court and ask. Once your case is dismissed, the court records will be updated to reflect the dismissal.

Were you required to (and if so, did you) reimburse the court for all costs involved?

I believe you need to contact the court. It depends on the nature of the crime..
