What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

Just wondering how it works in GA. Charges are reckless driving and dui refusal. Most likely outcome, reckless driving, never had any citation before.

Misdemeanor on record will ruin my career, personal life pretty much everything. Yes, I made a mistake.

Is is it possible to expunge reckless driving conviction?

You'll probably get a short jail sentence and probation.

You could plead as a first offender, which would allow you to avoid a conviction if you finish probation successfully. However, many lawyers advise clients only to plead as first offender to felony charges.
