Go to a public library or law library and get the Pennsylvania State Code. Look up 18 Pa.C.S. sec. 9122.

Better yet, you can do it yourself, depending on what you had been charged with by going to the court where your case was originally held. Ask the clerk's office for the paperwork to expunge. Fill it out completely, pay the filing fee, and wait the time limit.
