Expungement of Civil Record?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota. Just wondering if there is a way to expunge a civil record? The civil complaint was dismissed because the allegations were not proven, but it still shows up on the civil record. Thoughts?

Even where a civil file is ordered sealed as containing sensitive subject matter, its contents are retained indefinite and unalterable in some form or other. Sort of like a tattoo that follows you to the grave only more lasting.
