I was placed in the ARD program for theft at my retail job back in 1998. I have viewed my criminal record years ago and for each theft charge, "ARD" is listed afterward. I am looking to have my record expunged due to the fact that my past actions and criminal history are making it difficult to secure new jobs.
Does anyone know the procedure that needs to be done (who to contact, where to go, etc.) to follow through with the expungement process? Also, what the fees will be to have this done in my area? I reside in Philadelphia, PA.
