Expungement Process/Eligibility

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania. I was arrested and charged for terroristic threats and harrassment- both misdemeanours. The District Attorney gave me ARD and 1 year probation. I will have completed the ARD program and probation in a few months. Does anyone know about the process, eligibility, and costs? I have no previous record or arrests. Thank you.
