Expungement Question - Other charges

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

I was arrested with 5 misdemeanors: DWI (1st offense), Failure to Stop and Report an accident, 2 counts of intentional Vandalism, and Refusal to Breathalyze.

All charges except the DWI were Dismissed/nol. pros. on October 10th 2013.

I had a clean criminal record leading up to this event, and there is no way I will be getting in anymore trouble. From what I have read online, I believe I should be able to Expunge all of my dismissed/nol. pros. charges. Am I correct?

Also, do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I am able to expunge charges?

Yes, this information is at Fairfax County, but it's really a state thing so it more or less holds everywhere (you'll just have to file in the appropriate court).
