How would one go about withdrawing a guilty plea for felony kidnapping (he own child...sad story/bad legal advice)after taking a deal in California. I welocome any and all comments or input...except for unnecessary and obvious insults like I received on my last question.

You can withdraw a guilty plea I think anytime up to sentencing. Check with a private attorney (many offer free consultations) to see if this option is still available or not.
