I live in Sacramento CA. I was charged and convicted for nude sunbathing at a illegal nude beach. I am a student in nursing school and have recently been denied employment in a local blood bank due to my "criminal record". It has been just one year since my conviction and file date. I want to see about having this record expunged so that I can obtain employement in the medical feild. Is this something that I can do? Will it cost me allot of money? How do I go about taking care of this matter?

I very much apreciate your help

Sincerely,

John Roberts
