What is the name of your state (only U.S. law) WI

My Ex's Wife is sending me derogatory emails and falsly accusing me of things that are not true. She then in turn is telling my children these things when they have visitation with them. They are trying to convince my dd to live with them permanently as I am a bad influence on the children, etc. My daughter called me and told me what they are saying to her. They also give her a hard time when she calls me. I refrain from calling my ex and telling him and his wife to quit saying things to my dd as I am affraid they will punish her for telling me. My dd is very affraid of her father and step mom. She sneaks to call me and hangs up on me when they walk in. I don't think this is healthy for her and don't know what my rights are to protect her from this emotional abuse.....which is why I left her father. I cry myself to sleep at night because I hate that she is affraid to be there and not have to watch over her shoulder all the time. My son won't talk to me and I have accepted the fact that they have convinced him to believe all they have told him and to eliminate confusing the heck out of him, I graciously tell him I love him and hang up the phone to shed tears to myself. Any suggestions on how to handle this situation. I know you all will want to know what she is telling my daughter, without telling you my personal business, it has to do with financial stabiltiy. I do have a roof over there heads and they are clothed, fed, and loved to the full extent. They are financially well off and promised material things to my son and he has bought into it.

What does your CO say? Custody? Phone contact?

What does your CO say? Custody? Phone contact?

I have recently gave him primary custody of my son, since he wants nothing to do with me and I still have primary custody of my daughter. I know, I shouldn't have done that, but my ex assured me they would quit harrasing me with threats if I did this. I don't have money to hire a lawyer and they do.

Order states:
Neither party shall discuss with their minor children any financial, custody or placement concerns.

I don't see anything about phone contact.
