What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI
I have a restraining order against a nieghbor and she has one against me. She would not stay off my land or stop taking my picture and I took too many pictures of her on my land and yelled at her to stop harassing me. Two other people have restraining orders against her now and 4 have filed civil suites. One day before the order against me expired she wrote a letter to the court commisioner asking for a 3 year extention. I she has documented mental health issue and the request is full of lies and pictures of me on my own oroperty again. I was unaware she was even taking my picture, you can tell she is hiding behind somethig. My question is do I respond to this and how long do I have or what does it mean. It is nothing but a copy of what she sent to the court and is stamped with a time and the court commisioners initials are on it. Should I send a letter in response? or just wait to be served a subpeana.
