Even though I pay a huge amount of support, She accepts extra monies and goods that she does not report to the D.A. I'snt this fraud? She also is on Medi-cal, She is not reporting extra money she demands from me. Can I turn her in for fraud? I'm done screwing around with her. Aren't you supposed to report any change in income? Or else? I live in Santa Barbara CA. Now she wants more. Her high flying days are numbered, I' ve had all pertinent financial information calculated correctly and we are ready to rock & roll at a modification hearing next week. I've had it.

1. STOP paying her anything other than what the court order says to pay. STOP giving into her demands.

2. This isn't income to her, it's a gift. Child support will not consider it paid either. It is a gift.

3. Repeat number one over and over and over until you finally stop paying her!

STOP with the new threads, already! And is this actually YOU, or is this for your "friend" again?

You want accurate responses? Then keep it all together and as factual as possible. You don't want accurate responses? Keep up the attitude. Your choice.

If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.
I don't remember getting any news that you were officially made boss. You asked a stupid question, you got the answers you deserve.
