Buyer in Florida seller in Texas

I am a currently suspended eBay seller, because i used another high volume eBay seller to drop ship to my clients and eventually he sent used, damaged, or defective phones to my clients after i had paid him for brand new phones. The arrangement was that i list the items on my account, with buy it now and immediate payment to my supplier's paypal account, then after every week i would send them an invoice with the items i sold the price i sold them to my clients and the price i bought them from the supplier. Things went well originally however after time i started getting complaints from the buyers that the items were used and or defective when i asked the supplier about this they assured me that items were new and verified before they were shipped. I started getting negaive comments and many buyers returned the phones to my supplier. The problem grew so large and every time the items were returned the supplier would tell me that i owed them for the phone. Consequently after the sale of around 300 phones they are telling me that i owe them even though every phone was sold by me for more that the price they agreed to charge me. I am now left with a $2500 ebay bill with no money comming from the supplier who is claiming that i owe them. Can some one help me please?
