newport news va. has my son on hold with no bond because of a fugitive warrany ,nc. probation violation.son has not been offered a waiver of extridition to nc .how can I speed process who do I need to contact to get waiver for him to sign and how can I get this paper to my son?
ps son has been in custody 7 days to this point
