What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey
I got Notification of Violation from Ez Pass
It States as below
"Under the provisions of NJSA 27:23-1 et seq., NJAC 19:9-9.1 et seq abd NJAC 19:8-14.1 et seq , the person is alleged to be liable as owner of the identified vehicle, for the toll violation specified in this advisory and payment request."
Will this violation be recorded as Traffic violation and be recorded in my License history?
Also would this be recorded as Criminal violation and apprear in my Background check?
