You need an employer or close US citizen family member to petition you first.

You need to read the US government websites about the requirements and process for obtaining an employment based GC.

You are unlikely to find any employer willing to do so at this time due to the large number of qualified USCs and LPRs looking for work; an application is unlikely to make it past the very first step.

Your best option is to work hard with your studies and find a job with a good employer.
