Okay so Me and my ex got into this agrument over facebook. I know its childish but I was mad what can I say. Anyways I send her a message saying this
"HA! 82 pounds! Which thigh is that left or right? And dont call me fat or anything I know that already.
ANd your parents must be ****en crazy. If you were my kid i would have taken you out back and shot you in the head. ****en retard"
Could that be considered a threat of somekind? I mean I didnt really Say "Im going to take you out back and shoot you in the head"? Im really really scared and she threatened to go to the cops. Also shes blackmailing me that she will go to the cops if she "Doesnt get her way and whatnot"
