My mother has refused to allow the inclusion of large amounts of accumulated money to be reported on FAFSA for financial aid. I have received a substantial amount of aid including a Pell Grant. She hides her money in several ways. Cash in the house. Cash i nsafety deposit boxes. Bought two houses but put them in my father's name (they are divorced). She collects the rental money. She bought two new cars and put them in my father's name too. No one pays taxes on the property transfers. I may be an accomplice and my brother one too. We may be conspirators as well. My parents are conspiring to evade taxes and breaking tax laws.

How do I make this right?
