Virginia What is the name of your state?
I moved to Virginia in May of 2004 and did not transfer license. I got caught by traffic pollice officer for speeding and he gave me a ticket for not Transferring license to Virginia State. I paid for Speeding tkt, I have to appear in court for not trasnferring licence to local state.
Last week I went and changed my license to local lic. My question is what happens in court for this kind of ticket?
