state of michigan...entered contract 7/19/00 to have a bath and half remodeled. contract reads the install will be completed in approximately 8 - 10 weeks. the full bath isn't installed completely until 12/9/00. after many phone calls and better business bureau complaint dated 1/12/01, the company calls on 3/19/01 to complete job. i ask to null and void contract for the half bath and pay the balance of the work done for the full bath, the company is only offering to deduct $100 from the total price and install half bath. would i stand a chance in arbitration?
