What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
Well I find this to be quite a predicament. The Seller of a property never disclosed issues with the house. So for instance if the houses roof needed a full replacement and the seller never lived in it or had any tenets and bought it for the soul reason of investment then they are pretty much scott free of any liability of any issues on the house then after the sale correct? Is there any corrective action?
Thanks!
