After filing a complaint againts a landlord, we got a notice of default judgement in our favor because she failed to reply to the complaint and enter her plea. What can we do now? How should we go about collecting the money? Can she appeal the default judgement? also this suit is for failure to return a security deposit - can we add any kind of damages in addition to the ammount of the deposit? PA tenant law states that if the deposit is not returned within 30 days, tenant is entitled to double the ammount of the original deposit.

Thank you,
Anton

**A: let me put it to you this way, the court is not YOUR collection agency.
