WHAT EXACTLY IS THE FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT. I HAVE A CONDO TIME SHARE THAT I TRIED TO BOOK A ROOM AT FOR THE WHOLE FIRST YEAR AND I KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I ALSO PAID THE YEARS CLEANING FEE AND MAINTANCE FEE BUT THEY STILL WASN'T ABLE TO BOOK ME. I CALLED THE OWNER BECAUSE THE RCI GROUP SAID THE PLACE WHERE WE BOUGHT FROM WAS KICKING US OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM SO THEY COULDN'T GET US A PLACE UNTIL THEY DIDN'T KICK US OUT. WE PAID 1000.00 DOWN AND PAYMENTS OF 186.00 AND WAS NOT LATE AND THEY STILL WOULDN'T GET US A ROOM. WE HAVE OWNED IT FOR NEARLY 1 YEAR AND 6MTHS WE HAVE GOTTEN TO STAY IN IT ONE TIME AND WE HAD TROUBLE THEN. IT WAS A LOWER GRADE ROOM THAN WHAT WE BOUGHT INTO. WE WANT OUT! IF WE CAN GET OUR MONEY BACK THAT'S GREAT BUT IF NOT WE STILL WANT OUT. CAN ANYONE HELP?

I am rewriting my question. What exactly is the Fair Credit Billing Act? What can I do when they do not hold up their end of the contract by not letting us book a room for over a year. Even after we paid our fees that were necessary. I want out of the contract. Why pay for something when they will not ever allow you to use it. What can I do?
