What is the name of your state? CA. Just recently i got a job and when manager came to ask me do i have a problem with the law.He said that something came up and all it says something about failure to comply with a peace officer. The only thing i could think of is a ticket that i got for my windows been tinted. But i paid this ticket off and i have been putting in appying for other jobs as well.My question is should this be on my record and can i do something about it.

I suggest you contact your State's Department of Justice and find out exactly what they have on your criminal record. That's the first step, anyway.
