What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I fell in March of 2008 at a local restaurant. There was a uneven sidewalk that I fell over and I hit a stone wall and broke my humerus in my left arm. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance. I was sent home for 6 days to let the swelling go down. I then had surgery to place a plate and screws in. I could not lift my hand at all so I had a nerve test. It was determined that I had severe nreve damage. That has gotten better but around my wrist is still numb. I also have a 7 inch scar going up my arm. It starts at the bend of my arm and goes almost to my shoulder. My arm still hurts daily and I can't lift over about 5 pounds. My medical bills were about $16,000 dollars and I had about $7500 in lost wages. I know that it is hard to estimate what pain and suffering is worth but I would at least like to get an estimate from someone who has experienced something similar. I also would like to know what my scar is worth as I can't even wear short sleeves anymore without it being very noticeable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your injury's are worth zero unless you can somehow PROVE that the restaurant was negligent in their conduct.

I suggest you talk with a local personal injury attorney.

prove your injury is natural

Well injury remain injury,
so if you fall down in Restaurant even at home than you can easily claim but only when you prove that the injury is natural not an artificial. the answer will remain simple that you should hire a personal injury attorney.

Stop posting until you can write in coherent English with information that utilizes the statutes for the state in question.
