i am located in pa,i fell n broke my leg in my yard,i own the mobilehome an i rent the lot,2 yrs ago the land behind my mobilehome was redone to expand park,when this was done the land behind me within 10ft was raised an now i get all the rain water.it runs rite into my yard where i fell,that is why i fell because of slippery an muddie conditions,plus uneven dips in the yard,i told my landlord about it several times ,but since he already had it done he did not do nothin to fix the problem,my question is,is this enough to prove neglect on his part,thank you
