What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
My neighbor has parked their car on the street in front of my house. There is a large tree on my front lawn that may fall and damage their car during Hurricane Irene. Am I liable in any way if it does?

I don't specifically know NJ law, however I believe it would be deemed an act of God. You would not be liable. Do they hate that car, that much?:)
