Iam in N.J. I have arestraining order since June. my ex boyfriend has used loop holes to avoid and extra charges but that mostly is because I choose not to get petty about a lot of the little things he is still conltiual doing which he was warned about the date of the FRO.
My question is he has file false charges against me for harressment has had his lawyer send a letter about an "IMAGINARY BOYFRIEND" and that Iam stalking him and haressing him. He keeps showing up in places that he never attneded before but has found out Iam there so will show and wait for the following week. Iam a person of routine . My question is will the courts be so blind as to believe is habitual stories of lies the actions he is accusing me of, in fact is his own actions that is how he can make these stories up because it is his own actions against me. I dont' date, don't drink, I don't take my child to inappropriate places she has a routine for her daily acitvitites no Iam not a saint I have put my life on hold because my child is my priorty but his lies are very allarming to someone who belives his stories he is a great salesman. Does anyone have some advice besides writting is down?
