Q: Question-What happens when someone who has admitted an emergency injunction they filed was to get back at a spouse in fear of the loss of their job and the document contains false and allegations that are to hurt the other person's character?

A: Usually nothing; it's too common.

Q: If proof is provide the allegations are false can the victim get the person on purgury?

A: If you mean perjury, it is possible (but not probable) if the allegations were made under oath.
