5 weeks ago I was driving up the street to my house when I noticed two patrol cars parked on the street next door to my house. The officers were outside their car talking to each other. There apparently was a party, or some type of disturbance there which they were called to.As I pulled into my garage and closed it behind me two of the police ducked underneath the door as it was about half closed. They asked me if I didn't here them say to "stop" as I drove by them.I told the I didn't here them and there was no reason for me to stop. They didn't try to wave me over or even point a flashlight or anything at me as to give me any kind of indication that I was to pull over. They ordered my wife to open the garage door and proceeded to give me a field sobriety test.I felt I passed the test but when I took the breath test I blew a 1.2 and was arrested.I feel they had absolutely no reason what so ever to pull me over as there were no other moving violation tickets issued or was I ever given a reason for them to come into my garage uninvited. As to date there has been no reports filed with the administrative hearing board or with the courts.I'm wondering if they will even file the report since everyone I have talked to seems to think I was falsely arrested.Any info would be much appreciated.
