fraudulent Extension Ended In Oth

What is the name of your state? Oregon
I was discharged from the Navy in Janurary 05.
A flag raised in my head when I came across the extension that was put in my service record that was acting as the activation document for a 30 day extension said to be 21 December04 – 21 Jan 05. This document is fraudulent. It was not filled out correctly or signed by either an authorizing authority or myself. The whole top portion is not filled out except for my name and social. At the bottom the PN1 that did this put school for the reason of extension, with an affective day of DEC 22, 2004, the day after my actual contract expired! The PN1 that signed this as the certifying officer for activation made this up! The extension that the USS Sxxxxx used to keep me on active duty never existed. Unfortunately for me, it was in this last 30 days they recalled me from my terminal leave and charged me with a positive urinalysis.
They refused to let me copy my service records; they refused to give me copies of the lab results, statements and charge sheets, and threatened me with Court Martial and 1 year in the brig if I elected an admin separation board. I suffered reduction in rate, restriction, extra duty, loss of 20 days of leave, forfiture of pay and an OTH!
I now have copies of my original enlistment contract with my 3 legal exensions; my 24 month advanced accelerated extension with a end of obligated service date of 03SEP21, my second extension of 30 days with an end of obligated service date of 031021, and a copy of my final extension with the new contract expiration date of 04DEC21. There are no more extensions I agreed to that would have kept me beyond DEC 21, 2004. When I asked about it the USS Sxxxxx said that it was my one month extension from before, but now that I have copies of everything, it isn’t right! I see now why they would not let me have a copy of or see my record. The only reason I do have a copy is I had a friend in personnel that snuck it to me so I could make a copy.
My point is that without the fake extension that was never authorized, none of this would have happened. I would have been discharged before they received the lab message.
I want to file a petition to have the last 30 days of my enlistment stricken from my record and my DD-214 changed to reflect an Honorable discharge on DEC 21, 2004 with the end rank of E-4. There was no contract, extension or paperwork legally binding me to the Navy after that date.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this happening before and do I stand a chance with the BCNR?

First off....right away I smell conspiracy here, maybe even among the unit admin and the SACO(The people who do the urinalysis). Before I begin, know that they can recall you during terminal leave to administer a urinalysis, but I think you do it at a location near your H.O.R. When you mention the obviously fraudulent document, that tells me someone didn't like you, and they were keeping their eyes on you. You seriously need to get on top of this from all angles. The SACO doesn't get a copy of lab results, just a fax with names who tested positive. I have a network of people I worked with in the Marines on Camp Pendleton, and what I found out is disturbing. The people who do the actual testing of the urine are most of the time are augments, I.E. infantrymen, cooks, motor T guys. They guy I met who did this was a piece of art, obviously trailer trash with an ASVAB waiver. He told me they make mistakes all the time w/ false positives, or they have hook-ups with SACO's who want someone to test positive. You need to write everything down, in chronological order, names and numbers, including copies of your contract, SRB, and other supporting documents, then talk to an attorney, who could try to subpeona the lab results and SRB. Good luck

let me add

let me add the urinalysis was actually conducted a few days before I left for terminal leave (which after obtaining copies of my contract and extensions should have been the day I was honorably discharged). I should have been discharged before any of the results came back, but instead they made up this 30 day extension and they were able to move forward with the punishment...
