I had no phone, no jacket, Intoxicated, and no way of getting home at 3 am. I left my friends apt we had a fight I was crying. The police pulled up, maybe I flagged them down? I remember the police pulling up and asking me a question that I thought was where are you coming from? I was crying a lot so when I replied I pointed and said “Susie, in Claire”. My friend’s name is Susie and she lives in Claire apts. I guess they asked my name and that was my reply because next I was being booked for public intoxication and false ID. The police officer kept calling me Susie. Why are you calling me Susie? I said, “No, officer my name is .....” I proceeded to give him my full name, the correct spelling, my date of birth, my address, my phone number, my emergency contact and her phone number, where I work, the spelling, and how long I’ve worked there. My question? I was not trying to deceive anyone or falsify information in any way. I was not obstructing anything or doing harm to myself or others I was only trying to get home without driving with no cell phone. Woman alone at 3 am. What will my charges be? I am 1st time offender and I have a pretty legit reason but I know the cops will slant it their way. I'm really scared I'll go to jail or something major. I dont want it on my record. I'm only 21, still in college. I cant afford lawyer but I just want to know what will I get? :(What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

What are you charged with? (Code sections)

If charged with public intoxication per PC 647(f) and false ID to an officer per PC148.9 then you should be eligible for appointed counsel if you cannot afford an attorney.

Chances are you can work a plea to drop one charge for the other and probably probation and alcohol counseling ... maybe a deferred judgment so that you have no criminal record when all is said and done.
